The small wellness area includes a sauna and a comfortable, walk-in rain shower. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200), and in the living area there is a sofa bed that quickly converts into another double bed (with slatted frame and mattress 140x200). The fully equipped kitchen island is integrated into the open living space and offers everything you need. Underfloor heating, thick masonry, and large mullioned windows ensure a pleasant, ecological indoor climate. Your own small terrace invites you to a sunny breakfast in the morning. The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels (initial supply) are ready for you. This service and all utilities are included in the accommodation price.
