The spacious accommodation offers room for up to 4 guests and features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook with ease. The apartment is designed to maximize the view. Large windows in the living and dining area bring the Rhine Valley right into your home. Fast Wi-Fi, a TV in the living area, step-free access throughout the interior, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer complete the amenities. Public transport is also easily and quickly accessible.



Air conditioning in the living and dining room and in the master bedroom ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The master bedroom offers extra sleeping comfort with a spacious box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm), its own TV, and plenty of space.



On your private balcony and open terrace, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views over the Rhine Valley to the Vosges, local vineyards, and the Black Forest. The terrace has a lockable bike storage area and, according to our guests, offers particularly beautiful sunsets—a perfect place to end the day.

There are communal parking spaces directly at the house. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



Thanks to its ideal location between Karlsruhe and Offenburg, the apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the nature, cities, and attractions of the Black Forest. In winter, you will also find excellent skiing opportunities.
