Located in the very heart of Épernay, this modern 40 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The private kitchen, equipped with a central island, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, allows you to prepare your meals independently.



You are welcomed directly by the hosts, and everything is arranged for your comfort: cleaning, bed linen and towels included, private Wi-Fi, fan, television, as well as a bathroom with a rain shower.



Ideal for a long weekend with friends, as a couple, or with family, the apartment immerses you in the heart of an iconic region. Just 300 meters on foot from the Avenue de Champagne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, you can discover the famous Champagne houses, their cellars, and vineyards. The Champagne Route awaits you, perfect for an unforgettable wine and cultural getaway.



The apartment does not have outdoor space, but its central location allows you to fully enjoy the city: restaurants, shops, and the train station (650 m on foot) are just minutes away. On site, recommendations left by previous travelers will guide you to the best local spots.



Optionally, you can rent electric bikes to explore the region differently, or benefit from additional cleaning services, available for an extra fee.
