The modern, 100 m² apartment with rustic flair is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, and accommodates up to 6 guests. You have a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms at your disposal. The fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer provide extra comfort. High-quality wooden furniture, crafted by the owner, a master carpenter, creates a cozy atmosphere with a comfortable sitting area and a large dining table. The step-free interior and self-check-in make your stay easier.

A communal parking space is available at the house. Up to three pets are welcome. Public transportation connections are excellent – you can reach the local bus stop in three to four minutes on foot. The apartment is a non-smoking area, and events are not permitted.



You will stay near the ski stadium and numerous hiking trails, including the famous Partnach Gorge. Shops are reachable within eight to ten minutes on foot. A comfortable walking path along the Partnach leads you to the town center. The north side faces Mittenwalder Straße, but all living and sleeping areas are oriented to the south and southwest and offer plenty of sunlight. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
