Located on the second floor of a charming two-story house in Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, this modern space offers comfort, functionality, and a cozy atmosphere. Please note that there is no lift in the building, so stairs are required to reach the apartment.

The apartment was fully renovated in August 2025, giving it a fresh and contemporary feel throughout.

The open-plan studio combines living and sleeping areas in a thoughtful layout. A comfortable sofa-bed serves as both seating and sleeping solution, providing flexibility and convenience. The kitchenette is equipped with electric stovetops, basic cookware, and everything you need to prepare simple meals. A private bathroom features a modern shower, adding to the comfort of your stay. The studio’s skylight windows bring in natural daylight, enhancing the warm and inviting ambiance of the space.

Situated on Rheinstraße in the heart of Mühlburg, the apartment is surrounded by a lively yet relaxed neighborhood. Local shops, bakeries, and supermarkets are just steps away, along with a variety of cafés and restaurants offering both traditional German dishes and international cuisine. The area perfectly balances quiet residential streets with convenient access to city life.

Public transport is excellent, with nearby tram stops providing fast connections to Karlsruhe’s city center, the Palace, and the KIT campus. Green spaces in the neighborhood offer opportunities for walking or relaxing, and the Rhine river is within easy reach for scenic strolls, jogging, or cycling.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-story house. Please note that there is no lift in the building, so the apartment is accessible via the staircase. The staircase still reflects its original character but is scheduled to be renovated in the future.

We would also like to explicitly point out that there is no separate bedroom, and the sleeping arrangement consists of a sofa bed. Upon arrival, you will find the sofa, which also serves as the bed, ready for use.
