This family-friendly home is close to all amenities: butcher, bakery, hair salon, several restaurants, post office with ATM, a large free parking lot 500 meters from the house with electric car charging available for an extra fee, and a second blue zone parking area.



The house offers its own free private parking for one vehicle right at your doorstep. Ideally located in the "Golden Triangle," it sits at the center of the five iconic castles of the Périgord Noir and near remarkable sites such as Sarlat (10 minutes away), Rocamadour, Padirac Cave, the Lascaux caves, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, about an hour away.
