Located in Crozon, this 100 m² holiday home on 3 levels can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 4 bedrooms: the first with a 160 cm bed and sea view, the second with a 140 cm bed and garden view, the third with a 160 cm double bed and courtyard view, and the fourth with a 90 cm bed and sea view. The house has 2 bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, the other upstairs with a bathtub. Each bathroom has a toilet. The private kitchen is fully equipped. High-speed Wi-Fi allows video calls. A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a baby cot on site.



Enjoy the private rear garden, equipped with a table, chairs, an electric barbecue, garden armchairs and hammocks. Some rooms offer a beautiful sea view. A garage with laundry area allows you to clean and store beach equipment.



Parking is possible in the courtyard (2 spaces). The garage offers secure storage for bicycles and sailing equipment. Pets are accepted only on request and with prior agreement.



The centre of Crozon is a 5-minute walk away, with bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, seasonal markets, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, shops, as well as a cinema and an indoor pool open all year round.



Portzic beach is a 10-minute walk away, Morgat and its marina are 5 minutes by car, and La Palue is 10 minutes away for surf lovers. Discover local specialities: seafood, salt marsh meats, cider, honey and Plougastel strawberries.
