You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, dryer, fan, and barbecue. For families, a baby cot, children's games, and books are available.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden surrounded by olive and fruit trees, a private covered terrace, and an outdoor kitchen, ideal for dinners and relaxing moments. The shared pool measures 6x3 meters, with a depth of 140 cm, and is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers for pleasant moments by the pool. There is also an outdoor solar shower.



The property offers 6 parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles, available for an extra fee. Events are not allowed. Please note that the outdoor area is under video surveillance for security reasons. You are required to keep the bathroom, barbecue, and kitchen clean, and to return furniture and garden items to their original place.



The villa is surrounded by greenery a few kilometers from the center of Galatone and close to the main road, allowing you to reach Lecce in about 20 minutes and the sea in about 10 minutes by car.
