You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 large living rooms with double sofa beds. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include 2 baby beds, private grill, and beach towels for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, balcony, and uncovered terrace with a shaded outdoor dining area. The shared outdoor pool offers panoramic sea and mountain views and is open from spring to autumn with sun loungers available.



Parking is available both on-site with 1 shared space and in the street. Up to 3 pets are allowed, and events are not permitted on the property. You should respect quiet hours and note that no smoking is allowed inside the villa.



The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. A cleaning service and car rental are available for an extra fee during your stay. The pool is shared with another property, and a car is recommended to move around comfortably. The villa is located in a quiet residential area near Kalives, close to beautiful beaches, traditional taverns, and local shops, making it a perfect base to explore western Crete and cultural sites.
