The bedrooms:

- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed

- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and twin 80 cm beds (or possibility of a 160 cm double bed)

- 1 master suite with a 140 cm bed and private bathroom



The living room has a sofa bed with a 140 cm sleeping area.



The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, crockery.



All windows are fitted with electric shutters. The house has optional air conditioning.



Cleaning is included.



Large shaded terrace of 100 m²: dining table, barbecue/plancha, garden furniture, armchairs.



Children’s amenities: travel cot, high chair, booster seat, beach games and toys.



Ideal location:

- 5 minutes’ walk from the beach

- 2 minutes’ walk from the park’s shopping center (daily market, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, rotisserie, mini-market, newsagent, café/restaurant, hairdresser, etc.)

- 10 minutes’ walk from the park gardens (children’s playground, mini-golf, Basque pelota court, etc.)

- 15 to 20 minutes’ walk from the port (ice cream parlor, shops, seafront, etc.)
