The natural stone villa impresses with its elegant architecture and high-quality furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. The traditional natural stone walls are structured by large windows. Spacious living areas with light-filled rooms offer a bright, friendly atmosphere that blends with the surrounding nature. From the expansive terraces, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the sea, while the private pool invites you to relax and refresh.
In addition to the idyllic outdoor area, the interior is equally impressive: high-quality, natural materials, stylish design, and modern amenities guarantee exclusive living at the highest level. The private olive grove and the large rocks complete the property and lend it a distinctive character – a place where Mediterranean lifestyle can be experienced at its finest.

A parking space is available directly at the house. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, you can contact us at any time by phone or instant message.

We want you to feel at home right from the start. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and the usual basic appliances, including stylish tableware. Bath towels are provided to our guests every third day, as are beach towels. Bed linen is provided once a week. If needed, our guests can request additional bath towels and bed linen at any time.

Additional cleaning is available upon request for a fee.

On the approximately 6000 square meter property, located behind this villa, about 25 meters away, there is another small villa, which is also rented out. However, there are completely separate entrances and no shared areas. If necessary, both villas can be rented together, allowing two families to stay separately but together. However, the other part of the property is rented out separately through the friendly landlords.
