This family- and pet-friendly holiday home offers a sunny terrace & large fenced garden – perfect for kids and pets. In summer, 2 parking spaces are available at the house. In winter, paid parking is at Parkplatz Schneeberg (local fee), from where the house is a few minutes’ walk. The last 100 m lead over a ski slope, giving direct access to the ski area in winter and to beautiful hikes & nature experiences in summer

In summer, the crystal-clear, emerald-green lake invites you to swim, paddle or pedalo, while well-maintained hiking and cycling trails start right on the doorstep.

Cultural highlights such as the Passion Play or excursions to nearby Kufstein round off the wide range of leisure activities on offer.
