Located in La Teste-de-Buch, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, this 25 m² guesthouse welcomes up to 2 guests in a spacious and quiet room with a large bathroom offering views of the pool and garden. You have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, provided beach towels, and breakfast included, served on the terrace with a view of the forest. The interior access is on one level and the property is surrounded by many trees.



Enjoy the shared garden and uncovered terrace in this wooded setting. The outdoor shared pool is heated and open from May 15th to early October depending on the weather. You also have shared access to table tennis and a tennis court.



Street parking is available on the wide sidewalk in front of the house, with convenient access through a remote-controlled electric gate. A shared bike shelter is available in the garden, with 2 bikes and 2 e-bikes at your disposal. Events are not allowed on the property and beach towels are provided.



You are 5 minutes by car from the center of Arcachon and 8 minutes from the basin beaches near Pyla. The famous Dune du Pyla is 12 minutes away, with paid parking. The ocean beaches are 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Don’t miss the Sunday market in La Teste, the largest in Gironde.



Access is best by car due to unpaved roads. The hosts live on site but not in the reserved accommodation.
