Located in Lu Bagnu, this small yet functional 50 sqm holiday home is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 3 people. On the ground floor, you will find the living area with a kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with a separate washbasin, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and shower. On the lower floor, which is a bright basement, there are two bedrooms: one double and one single. A cot is available for families with small children.



From the living room, you have access to a large private, uncovered terrace, equipped with awnings and a sun umbrella, ideal for meals and relaxing moments. The property remains cool and airy throughout your stay. After a day at the beach, you can use the convenient outdoor shower.



The apartment is located directly by the sea, with private access to the beach via a staircase just one minute away, allowing you to return easily at any time. Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed.
