You are only a 5-minute walk from three beautiful sandy beaches and the GR 34 hiking trail. The house has 5 bedrooms, including a connecting room ideal for babies or young children, as well as 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The private, fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV with satellite and DVD player, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. For families, 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, and a complete baby kit with stroller are provided.



The private enclosed garden offers covered and uncovered terraces, ideal for watching your children while relaxing. The large veranda overlooks a landscaped and flowered garden with no overlooking neighbors. A private barbecue, outdoor shower, shared playground, and children's toys are available.

Pets are not allowed, parties are prohibited, and you are advised to smoke only outside. The veranda is not usable as a living space in winter.



Shops are 2 km away, the Sunday market is near the church, and the local produce market takes place on Thursday evenings in summer. You are ideally located between Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel to discover the Emerald Coast, its panoramic restaurants, and the famous oysters and mussels of Cancale.
