The living area opens to a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is situated in Olpenitz, a new holiday resort near a beautiful, child-friendly beach. The area, has a grocery store, bakery, and playground. The nearby town of Kappeln offers restaurants, shops, and charming streets.
