Located in Courchevel 1650, this 42 m² ski-in/ski-out apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table (2 sofa beds), and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy stunning mountain views from your private balcony in this quiet neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Courchevel 1650.



A private underground parking space for one car is available, along with several free outdoor spots. The apartment offers a ski room with private boot lockers and direct access to the Belvédère slope.



Ski straight from the door—only 100 meters to the Belvédère piste, then a gentle 400-meter descent to the new 1650 gondola. Easily access all 1650 slopes and connections to Courchevel 1850, Méribel, Val Thorens, and Les Menuires. Three types of lift passes are available: Courchevel 1650, Courchevel, and Les Trois Vallées. The Les Trois Vallées pass includes a day of skiing in Val d’Isère or Tignes (1.5 hours by car). Pra-Lognan La Vanoise is 1 hour away. Courchevel 1850 is reachable on skis via Chanrossa or Pra-Meruel, or by free ski bus. A hiking trail to Lake Rosière starts just outside the apartment.



Wi-Fi is available, with the router located in the adjacent studio. This studio can be joined to create a large 3-bedroom apartment, bookable together. The studio has a washer/dryer; the 2-bedroom apartment has a dishwasher.



Please note: Cleaning is not included; you must leave the apartment perfectly clean for future guests. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Blankets, duvets, and pillows are provided.
