It features nine bedrooms distributed across three wings, each with a bathroom, and a total of four bathrooms. For relaxation, there\'s a whirlpool, sauna, and a 20 m2 pool with a water slide and Roman steps. The house also includes an activity room with table tennis, table football, billiards, darts, a PS4, and a bar. The main living area is a large kitchen/dining room with high ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and two of each major appliance. Outside, there\'s a tiled terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house is located in the resort of Olpenitz, close to a beach, grocery store, bakery, and the charming town of Kappeln.
