This text describes a spacious summer house built by Skanlux, located near the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz in Kappeln, Northern Germany. The house is close to a beautiful beach and various attractions. The main feature of the house is its large kitchen and living area, equipped with two of each major appliance and a wood-burning stove. The house also includes an activity room with games and a bar, a wellness area with a pool, whirlpool, and sauna. The house can accommodate up to 24 guests in three wings, each with three double bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a loft for six additional guests. The house has four bathrooms in total and an outdoor terrace for barbecuing. A large playground is located nearby.
