The location offers a calm environment, close to various amenities, including beaches, parks, and other attractions. Access to Lisbon airport is easy via the 2ª Circular and A5, Alcoitão/Estoril exit, or you can reach Lisbon via the coastal road, São João do Estoril exit. Events are not allowed on the property.
