The spacious kitchen is equipped with an air fryer and a large fridge with freezer compartment. A separate dining room is also available. All windows have insect screens, and the ground floor is barrier-free accessible. Enjoy the mountain view, and both dogs and cats are welcome.



In your private garden, you can pick fruit from the trees and relax on two private, uncovered terraces with various seating options. A private barbecue invites you to enjoy outdoor meals. You have access to two communal garage parking spaces as well as up to three additional communal parking spaces at the house. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted. Please keep a normal conversation volume outside after 10 p.m. to avoid disturbing the neighbors.



Local restaurants are within walking distance. Cleaning service, towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee. For bookings with pets, additional cleaning costs may apply.
