The villa features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms—one with a shower, the other with a bathtub and shower—and 2 separate toilets, including one independent. Enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen with pantry, TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, dedicated workspace, baby cot, and high chair. A working fireplace and fiber optic internet add to your comfort.



Relax in the private enclosed garden with barbecue and an uncovered IPE wood terrace. A 25 m² veranda extends the living area. The villa sits at the end of Impasse des Oyats in a peaceful setting with no traffic noise, just 200 meters from the main La Couarde beach—no roads to cross, directly on the dune.



Parking is available on the property or in the private street. Public transport is nearby. Pets are not allowed and parties are prohibited. Smoking is permitted on the property. Self check-in is possible with a key box code provided before arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 pm; check-out by 10:00 am.



Please note: Bed linen and towels are not provided. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee, and a deposit may be withheld if cleaning is not done at departure.
