Villa
About This Property
Just a short walk away is the village of Schignano, where you can walk the picturesque Sentiero delle Espressioni. In February, the famous traditional Carnival takes place, but the “La Maschera” museum, with typical costumes and masks, is open all year round. Within a short drive, you can visit the lake’s famous villas, such as Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello. In Argegno and the surrounding area, you can rent e-bikes for excursions or boats to enjoy the lake from another perspective.
The house, completely independent, offers a spacious living room with a 19th-century wooden table, sofa bed, armchair, and wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, moka pot, and American coffee machine. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and a second bathroom. Outside, you will find a large terrace with a view of the valley and a glimpse of the lake, a private garden with patio, sauna, and barbecue.
You have exclusive use of the entire property, including the garden, sauna, and private parking.
Easily accessible by car (it is recommended to have your own vehicle), it is about an hour from Milan, Lugano, Bergamo, and the main airports in the area.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with warmth, respect, and a bottle to toast. At your disposal: coffee, tea, and rusks for breakfast.
