Renovated, spacious, and very bright apartment, ideal for stays with family or friends. It is located in the quiet El Guinardó district, perfectly connected to the rest of the city thanks to its proximity to several metro stations, such as La Sagrera, just a 10-minute walk away. In the area, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.



The apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and essential items. The living room is spacious and features a fully equipped open kitchen, dining table, and a sofa bed. The entire apartment is designed to offer you comfort and functionality during your stay.



During your stay, you will enjoy: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and utensils, washing machine, bed linen and towels included per person, and basic hygiene items in small quantities.



The apartment is for your exclusive use and is not shared with anyone else.

You are required to provide the ID or passport of all guests for mandatory registration. The apartment is delivered clean and ready to use. According to local regulations, the tourist tax must be paid. Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee. Cot and/or high chair available upon request and for an extra charge.
