You are in the village of Agios Matthaios in South Corfu, where Kate House offers a 75 sq.m. country residence that accommodates up to 5 people with a mountain view. The house features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one with an extra WC), and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, smart TV with streaming services, and a washing machine are provided. For families with children, a baby cot and a high chair are available.



Outside, you will find a private garden with seating area and a private balcony, as well as access to a shared uncovered terrace with mountain view.



There are two parking spaces on the property, and additional shared parking spaces are available near the street. Public transport is within walking distance. One pet is allowed, while smoking and parties are not permitted. Homemade products are offered during your stay.



The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, while Paramonas beach is a 10-minute drive and Halikounas beach is 15 minutes away. Local activities include fishing, cycling, football, basketball, swimming, hiking, horse riding, and climbing. Cleaning services and car rental are available for an extra fee.
