The property features a super king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio, plus three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The private, well-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and all necessary appliances. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, Smart TV with UK channels and video on demand, washing machine, fan, barbecue, high chair, and self check-in.



Outside, you can enjoy two private balconies with panoramic views of the sea and Fuerteventura, a private covered terrace, and access to a shared open terrace. There is an outdoor shower and three distinct patio areas for dining al fresco and relaxing. The villa offers direct access to a small secluded beach via private stairs, and a larger beach is just 30 seconds away. Dolphins, whales, and seabirds such as ospreys are often visible from the balcony.



There is shared on-street parking and public transport is easily accessible on foot. Pets are allowed, but events are not permitted. A tennis court is 15 minutes' walk away.



This unique seafront villa is Coast Certified and located just below the lively Avenida de las Playas. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. The charming Old Harbour, famous for its seafood restaurants, and water sports at Playa Chica are nearby. An alarm system with photo detectors is present but remains inactive during your stay unless you activate it. A safe is provided for your valuables. Please use little toilet paper, as the property has a private wastewater system. There are 11 easy-access steps to the villa.
