Located in Sarzana, Liguria, this 70 sqm holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests in a newly built, independent structure, carefully designed in every detail. You will find 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The property offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, utensils, and all daily comforts, including iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products. Bed linen and towels are provided with weekly change.



Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden with sun loungers and umbrellas, surrounded by flowers and fruit trees for pleasant moments of relaxation. The outdoor area features a wood-fired oven, barbecue, and tables for summer dinners. For families, there is a shared playground available.



You have access to shared garage parking and bicycles to explore the surroundings. The house is only 500 metres from the historic centre of Sarzana and a 10-minute walk from the train station. The beaches of Marinella di Sarzana (7 km), Lerici (10 km), Cinque Terre, and Versilia (15 km) are easily reachable. Pets are not allowed and events are not permitted on the property.
