In La Herradura, this beautifully renovated 140 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have access to a private, fully equipped kitchen, as well as air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a TV with Spanish channels and a movie package, a streaming device, a washing machine, an electric water heater, and a dedicated workspace. The house includes built-in wardrobes and is spread over 2 floors, with an additional 60 m² distributed across 3 terraces, offering stunning views of the bay of La Herradura and the Cerro Gordo Natural Park.



The property is equipped with security cameras, which are deactivated during guest stays.



Outside, you will find 2 covered terraces and a furnished pergola area with fantastic views. Guests also have access to a shared playground, as well as padel and basketball courts.



This is a secure residential complex. Please note that parking is not guaranteed, although it is usually available within the complex. Additional street parking is also available. Pets are not allowed, and events are strictly prohibited on the property. The accommodation is located in a quiet, private, and secure residential area.



The natural beach Playa Calaiza is only a 10-minute walk away, while the center of La Herradura and the main beaches can be reached in 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. The city of Granada with the Alhambra is only 40 minutes away by car. The beautiful beaches of the natural park, such as Cantarriján and Cañuelo, are easily accessible. La Herradura offers excellent restaurants, bars, water sports, and is a popular diving center.
