The residence features a landscaped park and has been recently renovated. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by an easy staircase (no elevator).



Bed linen and towels rental is available as an option, to be ordered when booking and paid for on site.



Cleaning is mandatory and must be paid on site upon arrival (available for an extra fee). You are required to empty the trash and leave the bathroom and kitchen clean before departure.
