Parking accommodates 2 to 3 cars on the property with additional street parking available. Small pets may be allowed and smoking is permitted. Events and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am must be respected in this residential neighborhood.



Located just 1.4 km from the nearest beach, you can enjoy spontaneous sea trips while maintaining privacy. The vibrant center of Lloret de Mar with historic charm, shops, and nightlife is a short drive away. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee in the master bedroom and living room.
