In the country house Almrausch in Bodensdorf, Carinthia, you will find a charming 118 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower/WC). The open-plan living and dining area features a fireplace, a seating group and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule machine, spice cupboard, milk frother, hand blender and mixer. Large windows provide plenty of light and impressive views of the mountains and lake. Private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer and self check-in are at your disposal. Shower towels and bed linen are provided; please bring your own swimming towels for the lake.



You can enjoy spacious terraces on two sides of the house as well as a private garden – ideal for families with children. Outside, you will find two loungers, a cosy lounge area with dining table, and a small bistro table with two chairs, each offering wonderful views of the Ossiacher Tauern and Lake Ossiach.



A private parking space with carport is available. Pets are allowed upon request. Events are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and midday rest from 12 pm to 2 pm. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and waste separation is required.



Lake Ossiach, train station and bus stop are about 1 km away. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are also about 1 km away, ski lifts about 7 km. In summer, you can enjoy swimming, hiking, cycling, SUP, boat tours, water skiing, paragliding and golf. In winter, there is skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, ice skating and Christmas markets. The hosts live on site, but not in the holiday home.
