This beautifully renovated farmhouse from the 1823 is set in the countryside at the edge of the woods in a dreamy and quiet location and offers a spacious living room, a top-equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, ideal for eight people. The renovated bathroom has a freestanding French bathtub and separate shower. The decor is authentic and you imagine yourself in truly fairytale home
The family ski resort Sonnenkopf is known as one of the few natural snow areas thanks to its ideal altitude (up to 2,300 metres). Thanks to its ideal topographic location, the Sonnenkopf is very snow-sure. The nearby free ski bus takes you safely to Stuben, from where you can access the famous Arlberg ski area with Lech, Zürs, Warth and St Anton.

In summer, take the gondola lift to Sonnenkopf and enjoy unforgettable moments at 2,000 metres above sea level. Young and old love visiting the family and adventure mountain Sonnenkopf. While the children have fun in the FABULOUS BEAR LAND with rafting, bear caves and many do-stations, the adults are spoilt with daily specials, cakes and ice creams in the mountain restaurant. Or take a trip to Brandnertal Bike Park for a day of mountain biking

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
