Located in Villeneuve-Loubet on the Côte d’Azur, this 30 m² apartment welcomes up to 3 people in a prestigious building classified as 20th-century Architectural Heritage, just 150 meters from the beach. You will find a bedroom with a 130x190 bed and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (160x200). The apartment includes a bathroom with private toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Renovated in July 2025, it offers reversible air conditioning, a fan, a TV, fiber internet access with Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine, and step-free elevator access inside.



Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee, payable on site.



Enjoy a private covered terrace with a view of the residence’s park and a glimpse of the marina. You also have access to a shared garden, a communal tennis court, and a children’s playground with swings.



Street parking is free throughout the Marina with a blue disc, which must be updated regularly in the morning and afternoon. A private, secure covered parking space is available for an extra fee, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited indoors, parties are not permitted, and the accommodation is not suitable for babies.



The train station, marina, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Between Nice and Antibes, this seaside resort offers water activities such as boat rental, jet skiing, water skiing, and towable tubing. Nice Airport is 10 minutes away by car. An adventure park with treetop courses for children is accessible by car. The Marina has a 24-hour reception and security, with a spa and wellness area including indoor and outdoor pools coming soon.
