You will find one bedroom with single beds and another bedroom, plus a private fully-equipped kitchen with oven, electric stove, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The cozy living room features a wood-burning stove with viewing window for heating and cooking small meals. Amenities include TV, self check-in, and mountain views. Please note the ceiling height in some areas accommodates people up to 180 cm tall only.



Step outside to your private garden, balcony, uncovered terrace, and grill area. The mill sits in a peaceful side valley beside a meadow crossed by a romantic stream. A running fountain with fresh spring water invites you to refresh yourself. Lounge chairs are provided, and children can play in the nearby small forest where the stream meanders through.



Shared parking is available on-site, though the final 100 meters require walking on an unpaved meadow path. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. The property is accessible by train at 3 km and bus at 400 meters. Mobile phone reception varies by network but is available on the property grounds. Wood for heating is included, while electric heating is available for an extra fee. Shopping is available in Unterkirnach at 2 km and St. Georgen at 3 km. The area offers excellent hiking and cycling opportunities. Camping on the grounds is possible by arrangement.
