You will find 2 spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, one family bathroom with a bathtub and another with a separate shower. The villa features a fully equipped private kitchen within a bright open space that includes a cosy living room with fireplace and dining area. Amenities include private air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, workspace, and a private barbecue. An airport transfer service is available for an extra fee.



Outside, you can relax in the private gardens with terraces surrounding a large 8x4 m outdoor pool, ideal for sunbathing. Shared parking is available on the property with ample space. Events are not permitted. The villa offers complete privacy in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, with walking access to local hiking trails.



The property is just 4 km from the white village of Frigiliana, a 10-minute drive, and 25 minutes from the beaches and amenities of Nerja. Upon departure, please remove all rubbish, leave the kitchen clean, and place the keys in the box at check-out.
