The 60 m² apartment in Freiberg accommodates up to 5 guests and features 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 to 5 beds. You have a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway that connects all rooms separately. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and self check-in. Towels and bed linen are included. Please note that there is a dog in the house.



There is no living room, as the apartment is specially designed for workers and travelers with two separate bedrooms. The historic building dates back to 1893 and was completely renovated between 2011 and 2013, preserving the original wooden floors, which may occasionally creak.



The heating is environmentally friendly and computer-controlled, maintaining a constant 21 degrees in winter. Higher temperatures are available upon request and for an extra fee, and can only be set by the host.



The train station is 400 m away, as well as shops such as supermarkets and drugstores. You can reach the city center after 500 m, and the university is about 2.5 km away (approx. 30 minutes on foot). There is a pizzeria nearby.



Freiberg is an attractive travel destination with a beautiful Christmas market in winter and pleasant city walks in summer. Day trips to Dresden are possible from the nearby train station.



Parties and loud music are not allowed. Waste separation is mandatory, and all bins must be emptied upon departure. Please wash and put away all dishes before leaving. Ensure that the toilet flush does not continue to run after use.
