Located in Puerto Rico, this functional and bright 32 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests, with a 1.35 m bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You have a fully equipped private kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, as well as a bathroom with shower. The studio features air conditioning, fan, TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, workspace and washing machine. A baby cot is available and the enclosed balcony offers partial sea views.



You can enjoy the communal outdoor pool with sun terrace and partial sea views, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The pool is not heated or supervised, so it is important to follow the usage rules. An outdoor shower is available.



There is shared parking on the property. Smoking is allowed, but pets and events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided and you can access the nearby beaches via stairs or by walking along the street. The area is hilly, so comfortable footwear is recommended.



This quiet location is close to Playa de Puerto Rico and Playa de Amadores, with the shopping centre just 5 minutes’ walk away. Enjoy water activities, bars and restaurants within minutes. The area is ideal for getting around without a car, although access by car is recommended via unpaved roads. Airport transfer and cleaning services are available at an additional cost. Night-time quiet hours must be respected.
