The recent restoration of the house has achieved a perfect balance between comfort, luxury and authenticity, providing you with an unparalleled experience during your stay. With 260 m² (including two outdoor terraces), the house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in two suite-style bedrooms (with double beds and full private bathrooms) and a third bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom opposite. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with video on demand, secure and free Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a work desk, fan and heater. Families with babies can request a cot and high chair at no extra cost. In addition, you have a living-dining room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a rear terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. The mountain views are especially spectacular from the sun terrace, which is equipped with a pergola, sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a utility area with microwave, fridge, sink, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Self check-in is convenient and easy by following the host’s instructions. A welcome book is provided in each bedroom with information about restaurants and other local points of interest. On the ground floor there is a pharmacy and a minimarket. Located just 20 minutes by car from the airport or the capital of Gran Canaria, the house is easily accessible. Although public transport is frequent and there is a stop just a few meters away, it is recommended that you have your own or a rental vehicle to make the most of the island, with its cities, villages, mountains and beaches. Street parking in front of the house is free. Events and pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
