You will find a fully equipped private kitchen with both a traditional wood stove for heating and a modern electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee-making facilities, pantry, and refrigerator. The ground floor features a cozy living area with a tiled stove, large seating corner, and traditional oven bench. The bathroom includes both shower and bathtub, with a separate WC nearby. Amenities include private WiFi, TV, baby bed, highchair, self check-in, and mountain views.



Step outside to your private garden with an old cherry tree and deck chairs for soaking up the sun while gazing at the mountains. Both covered and uncovered private terraces provide perfect spots for relaxation, with valley views when not in bloom season. The private balcony and year-round grill on the terrace complete your outdoor experience.



Shared parking is available at the property and on the street. Shared ski storage accommodates winter equipment. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee, though leash requirements apply in Tirol and muzzles are required on public transportation. Events are not permitted.



This former mountain farm offers a peaceful retreat between Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen, providing short distances to ski areas and mountain lifts with abundant hiking opportunities. Winter tires are mandatory in Tirol during winter months. The hosts live on-site but not in your accommodation.
