The barrier-free apartment is about 45 sqm in size, offers a beautiful view of the apple tree in the large garden, and is very bright and friendly thanks to the glass doors leading to the private balcony. The apartment was recently completely renovated, so everything is new. Special comfort is provided by the real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, and the spacious balcony. A large bed and a sofa bed offer comfortable sleeping options for up to four people. The fully equipped kitchen and a long table with six chairs make a longer stay pleasant. Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy reading and relaxation corner with a garden view are available. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with rainshower fitting, a toilet with bidet, and a washbasin. Towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and soap are also provided. In the room, you will also find an iron and a CD player.



The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house in a quiet side street with good parking options. The location is ideal: central yet quiet. The marketplace, main train station, hospital, supermarket, and bus stop are within walking distance. The airport is well connected via an express bus that departs directly from the city center.



The Swabian Alb is practically on your doorstep and offers numerous hiking and cycling trails, cross-country ski trails, castles, palaces, caves, as well as several thermal baths and saunas. The university city of Tübingen is only 14 km away and offers a diverse cultural program. For a shopping trip, Outletcity Metzingen can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
