Outside, the villa offers a heated pool (active from March to June and from mid-September to November), garden, three covered terraces with seating areas, outdoor shower with hot water, gas barbecue, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with pool views, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, teppanyaki, induction, and gas.
