Our spacious and elegant Berlin apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends who want both: community and privacy. Located in a typical Berlin residencial building near the well-known Winterfeldt Market in Schöneberg - central but quiet!
The Space:
Smooth hardwood floors and stunning high ceilings get some stylish flair while a white and neutral palette combine to create a vintage yet timeless modernity.
The apartment (130 sqm / 1400 sqf) has 2 BATHROOMS and 3 SEPARATE BEDROOMS with 3 double beds (160cm x 200cm) for up to six people. For a seventh person there's an extra bed - and for the eighth person a studio sofa is available.
Relax in the LIVING ROOM with its cosy sofa corner, watching Smart-HDTV with APPS and USB access, DVDs, listening to music or reading/talking.
The main BATHROOM has a tub and a shower. Washing machine available. The guest bathroom is with a shower.
The KITCHEN is equipped with stove, oven, sink unit, fridge with freezing compartment, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster and everything you need to cook.
Guest Access:
You have access to all rooms. Electric iron, ironing board, hoover, washing machine, as well as a cot and baby’s high chair are available. Towels, bed linen and WIFI internet are included.
NEW: Free local telephone calls (flat rate German land line).
Possibility of free street-parking in front of the house at night time from 8 pm - 9 am, during day time 1 EUR/hour. You can park your car 24 hour totally for FREE in 900m distance.
NB: Cars need a "Green Eco Badge" to enter the inner city of Berlin.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in northern Schöneberg, close to Berlin’s Tiergarten park, the Bauhaus Archive museum and the famous KaDeWe mall. This area is an alternative nightlife zone.
Getting Around:
You are close to the U-Bahn Station Nollendorfplatz for an easy connection into the central Mitte district for sightseeing and shopping. Or how about a brunch in trendy Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain?

10% DISCOUNT for 7 nights or more will be calculated automatically from the booking system. Discounts for longer stays than two weeks upon request.
CITY TAX: Since January 2014 there is a general BERLIN CITY TAX for all touristic overnight stays in Berlin due upon CHECK-IN. PLEASE NOTE that 7.5% of the net accommodation price can be paid via Pay Pal before arrival. BUSINESS stays and/or Long-term stays over 21 nights are EXCEPTED from this tax!
By the way: An unplanned cancellation of a journey is always annoying. We recommend a TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE. Most tariffs are covering the rental of holiday apartments as well.
