Welcome to our beautiful 100 square metre flat in an old building in the heart of Hamburg! Whether alone, with your partner or as a family - our lovingly renovated flat offers you the ideal retreat for a longer stay in Hamburg. With around 100 square metres of living space, high-quality furnishings and space for up to 6 people, it is the perfect place to feel completely at home away from home - whether for a longer business trip, a family visit or an extended stay in the city.

Your accommodation: The flat is centrally located in St. Georg, just a few minutes' walk from Hamburg Central Station - right in the lively heart of the city. Despite its urban location, it is quiet and comfortable: the two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room with a small balcony face the quiet rear of the building, while the living and dining room offer a beautiful view of Hansaplatz. Thanks to good insulation, you can enjoy peace and relaxation here after a day full of impressions.

- Large bedroom: box-spring bed (160X200), wardrobe - Second bedroom: double bed (140X200), wardrobe, chest of drawers
- Living room: 3-seater sofa and pull-out day bed (80 or 160X200), desk, Smart TV
- Dining room: Large dining table with 6 seats and high chair for small children
- Kitchen: Fully equipped fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and dining table with up to 4 seats and access to the balcony
- Bathroom - Bathroom: shower, towel warmer, underfloor heating, washing machine and hairdryer -

Baby cot: On request, we can provide you with a travel cot with professionally cleaned bed linen (one-off fee of 20 euros)
The flat has working internet and access to Amazon and Netflix on the Smart TV Arrive worry-free You can check in conveniently around the clock. If you need storage space, we can make the cellar available to you for the duration of your stay. The flat is for your sole use - make yourself at home!
Things to know about the neighbourhood St. Georg is one of Hamburg's most exciting and diverse districts. From here you can reach numerous shopping facilities, cafés, restaurants, theatres, museums and the Alster on foot.
Parking: Please note that the public car parks in front of the house are often full and are residents' car parks. However, there are several paid parking spaces and multi-storey car parks - ideal for those arriving by car.
