This beautiful villa is located in El Campello/ Venta la Nuza.



Upon entering the house you enter the cozy living room with fireplace and TV with FTA SAT channels. The dining area and from there you can use a sliding door to the closed terrace / conservatory where you can sit in the sun and out of the wind.



From the living room you end up in a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. From the kitchen you enter through a door into a small hall with a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You can reach this quickly and easily when you come out of the swimming pool, because in the hall there is also a door to the outside spacious terrace.



Back in the living room you come through 2 steps into a spacious hall where 3 of the 4 bedrooms ( The bedrooms have air conditioning) are located. 1 bedroom is partly an office with desk and there is 1 single bed with a trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and in the 3rd bedroom there is also 1 single bed with a trundle. If you walk further you will find a spacious laundry with washing machine and dryer and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Via a staircase you reach the 4th bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom also has a TV and DVD player.



The house is equipped with wall radiators on heating oil, so very suitable to rent in the winter months. There is no air conditioning available, but experience shows that if you open some windows opposite each other, it will blow through summery. In addition, ceiling fans are present and all windows have shutters.



That was inside, but you’ll probably be outside more often! The house stands on a spacious plot. You enter the driveway, where you can easily park your car. There is a small garage where the storage tank of the fuel oil is located. A small car could be parked here.

Via a staircase leads to the spacious, tiled terrace with private pool, outdoor shower, beautifully landscaped plant borders, an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ corner where you can sit comfortably together until A late evening (BBQ on gas)

Via a spiral staircase you reach a small roof terrace.

Around the house you have a beautiful view of mountains and the Mediterranean Sea



Electricity; included is 15 Kw usage per day the additional is charged against 0,30€ per Kw.
