Located in the quiet area of S’Illot-Cala Morlanda, this bright 80 m² apartment is ideal for a seaside holiday. It accommodates 4 people and features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and all necessary amenities.



Inside, you will find a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, air conditioning (coin-operated; available for an extra fee), cot, and high chair. The main bedroom offers a 200x150 cm bed, while the second bedroom has two 200x90 cm beds.



From the terrace, you can enjoy spectacular sea views. At sunrise, you can watch the sun rise right in front of the apartment, and on full moon nights, you can also admire it from the terrace.



Just 100 m away are both S’Illot beach and Cala Morlanda, two perfect spots to enjoy the sea. About 900 m away is the long Sa Coma beach, which is 1 km long. All beaches are within walking distance.



Facing the sea, only 50 m from the apartment, there is a playground ideal for children. In the surrounding area, you will find a wide range of services: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and many restaurants, many of them specializing in tapas and located right on the seafront.



In summer (from May to October), there is a direct bus service from the airport to S’Illot (TIB line A-42), making it easy to travel around much of the island. Payment can be made by card.



Easy parking. Private hospital with 24-hour emergency service 5 km away. We recommend visiting the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Check-in: between 16:00 and 22:00. Later arrivals only on request. Events are not allowed.
