The apartment is close to the beach, providing easy access to Genoa’s coastal attractions. Private parking is available for an extra fee with reservation. The area is well served by public transport, making it easy to get around the city. Events are not permitted on the property. Tennis can be played at a shared court about a 15-minute walk away, available for an extra fee.



Recently renovated, the apartment is on the first floor of a historic fishermen’s house, right on the beach and near restaurants, cafés, and bars. It is located at the Porticciolo di Nervi, in a pedestrian area easily reached by bus and train, just steps from the famous Anita Garibaldi seaside promenade. On request and with prior reservation, private parking is available for an extra fee. Upon request, excursions, boat trips, guided tours of Genoa’s historic center, cooking workshops, and other activities can be arranged.
