A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.



Recently renovated, the apartment is on the ground floor just a few meters from the charming Nervi marina. It is easily reachable by train or bus, and the location is also accessible by bicycle, with a private bike parking area next to the accommodation. Outdoor private car parking is available upon request and for an additional fee. Upon request and with prior booking, you can arrange excursions, boat trips, guided tours of Genoa’s historic center, cooking workshops, and other activities, all available for an additional fee.
