It is located in the oldest and most peaceful heart of the picturesque Villanova district, in a limited traffic area at the edge of a pedestrian zone characterized by charming streets, squares, monuments, as well as excellent bars and restaurants. Within a few minutes on foot, you will find a large parking lot available for an extra fee, bus stops, grocery stores, other shops, the opera house, the port, the train station (with connections to the airport), and intercity buses about 1800 metres away.



The spacious rooftop terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a sun umbrella, ideal for those who enjoy being outdoors. The kitchenette is equipped with all essentials, including a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, espresso machine, and a small microwave. The house also features a TV and internet access. The double bed measures 160x190 cm.
