Apartment

You can expect a well-maintained and well-equipped holiday apartment (semi-detached house) with a south-facing terrace and awning, situated in a quiet location. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house, and there is also a covered storage area for bicycles on the property. The large garden area with a pond invites you to relax. Wi-Fi access, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. The second bedroom is located in the basement. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. The guest fee charged by the city of Cuxhaven will be collected separately by us as landlords on site and is not included in the rental price.



The holiday apartment is located in our semi-detached house, and we live in the main house ourselves. If you wish, we are happy to assist you with advice and support so that you can enjoy your stay in our house.



Only 100 metres from the house there is a children's playground with a sandbox, climbing frame and lawn areas. The nearby nature reserve "Cuxhavener Küstenheide" can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Here you can experience wild Koniks (wild horses), bison and Heck cattle in their natural habitat. Various cycling routes also lead through this area. Cuxhaven can be reached quickly by car, bus or bicycle. There you will find the extensive sandy beaches of Döse, Duhnen and Sahlenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea with a view of the island of Neuwerk invites you to explore. A visit to Grimmershörnbucht or the "Alte Liebe" with a view of the Kugelbake is highly recommended. You can watch large ocean liners, cruise ships as well as smaller ships and sailing boats in sight. Various boat trips are offered from the adjacent harbour area.
