This modern, family-friendly apartment is approximately 81 m² and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, all with extra-long duvets (155x220 cm). A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request. In the living room, you will find a pull-out sofa, flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and a contemporary dining area. For children, there is a play corner with drawing materials and games. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, children's crockery, and various utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, child seat, stool for little ones, hairdryer, and towels.



The apartment is located on the upper floor with a separate entrance and a dedicated parking space. The house is in a quiet, traffic-calmed new residential area of the health resort Unterkirnach at about 850 m altitude. Unterkirnach is a family-friendly community in the heart of the Black Forest. In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the indoor playground Spielscheune. The adventure hiking trail "Wie wohnt Wasser" passes right by the property. Popular destinations such as Europa-Park in Rust, Badeparadies Schwarzwald in Titisee-Neustadt, Lake Constance, Affenberg in Salem, the pile-dwelling museum, Freiburg, Wilhelma Zoo in Stuttgart, and hiking trails like Wutach Gorge and Triberg Waterfalls are all within easy reach.
